Trade hardcover edition with no dust jacket, as issued. Per its limitation page at back of book, this is copy #146 of 1,000. This book is in near fine condition, marred only by light remainder spray on the edges of its page block (not extending onto page faces.) Its binding is tight and square, with no spine crease. Covers are unmarked and unworn, with bright gold titles on its front, spine, and back. Pages are unworn and otherwise unmarked. I will ship this book in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its new owner in the same condition as my description.

Shipping terms
- Items will be carefully packaged to assure they arrive as described.
- All shipments will be via US Postal Service unless requested otherwise. Standard shipping within the USA will be via USPS Media Mail. Priority shipping within the USA will be via USPS First Class Mail.
- My current Standard shipping rate within the USA is US$4.00 for the first book, and US$2.00 for additional books in the same order.
- There are two situations where I will refund to the buyer a portion of the postage charged by ABEBOOKS: (1) Separate orders placed on the same date for shipment to the same address will be shipped together, so I will refund half of the postage paid for the first book in each such second and subsequent order. And (2) Books described as "paperbacks" in my descriptions weigh less than other books, so I will refund US$1.00 of the paid shipping fee for the 2nd and subsequent paperbacks in the same order shipping to the same address.
