Gift quality 1922 first edition hardcover in clean cream colored cloth covered boards with near perfect colored paste on front cover image (has one pin prick of color loss), and nice black titles on lightly bumped spine and frt cover. Tips still sharp, light even handling soil and a light drip mark on rear cover. Age toning on illustrated green on cream endpapers, title page and 'Other Titles Available' page have foxing, rest of 125pp deckle-edged, untrimmed pages are fresh, clean and well illustrated with b/w line drawings and color plates on glossy paper. A beautiful copy of a hard to find title with five color plates, four full page line drawn plates and a myriad of drawings & vignettes interspersed with the text.
