Apparently a privately produced work written by the minister of the Parish.127p +4p index. a substantial detailed production bound in original dark red gilt titled boards. However the glued binding has failed and the text block and pages are loose within the boards. Nevertheless an uncommon production well worth repair. See scans. Seller Inventory # 011763
