NOTE: Former LIBRARY book, please expect library markings and indicia, book is otherwise Very Good. Bound in heavy-duty cloth-covered boards with clean, bright embossed gilt lettering on the spine. Cloth binding shows light wear and minor tearing at the top of the spine, only slight wear at the spine's bottom, with just a mere dab of wear to the cloth right at the corner tips. Cloth binding is otherwise unworn and surprisingly well-preserved and fresh. The book is quite clean and stain-free, square and straight, still firm and tight in its binding, no pages are loose, missing, torn, folded, or wrinkled. The hinges are sound and undamaged, the corners sharp and unbumped. All pages are clean and stain-free, only very faintly toned, and all text is crisp and legible. Aside from library markings, there is no writing, underlining, highlighting, or any other such markings in the book. Library Markings: Dewey label at spine bottom, library name rubber stamped on exterior page edges, ?Withdrawn? stamp on botton of title page, libraryname stamped at bottom of perhaps a page or two, card pocket, due slip, and bar code on rear blank pages. This book is very rarely found anymore, in any condition, and despite the library marks, this remains a nicely preserved copy of an important, classic volume. B38.
