Recipes from the legendary three star chef are written in a clear, direct manner and are as easy to understand as they are to prepare. In green pictorial boards, lacking the dust jacket and with decorated endpaper drawings of a 19th century French market. 351 pp. Color illustrations throughout. Library ownership sticker on title page and partially removed sticker on the rear panel. Despite the flaws, a very good reading and research copy.

All books are first editions unless otherwise noted. Dust jackets are present if stated. Other elements such as author signatures are noted. Appropriate sales tax will be applied to purchaases. All items are guaranteed as represented are subject to prior sale.
Sellers are required to accept returns, when initiated within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, for all reasons under AbeBooks' Return Policy. Refund amounts are based on the return reason.
