Oblong 8vo. 9 x 6.5 in. [16 pp (unpaginated).], printed in green & black on cream-coloured paper, w/ photo illustrations and diagrams throughout. Textured tan softcovers, black lettering, gray ruled borders, NF copy. First edition of this uncommon Peerless Motor Car Company dealer brochure, advertising and promoting the advances brought to the Company in during the Roaring 20's under the direction of Ver Linden, after being purchased by Collins, former President of Cadillac, and his business investors. Collins' team increased the horsepower in the Peerless V-8 engines, improved the cooling system, introduced new model colours, and more. Unfortunately, they were unable to improve sales as much as the investors wished, and by 1927, Collins was out. The last automobile built was the 1932 V-16 sedan, and after that Peerless' president James Bohannon, decided to convert the auto plant to beer brewery, eventually becoming the Carling Brewing Company.
