This compilation of chicken and turkey recipes from Family Circle offers more than 200 suggestions for fowl play. Most are familiar, appetizing renditions of international cuisine. And almost alleven with such appellations as Oriental-style chicken salad, barbequed ginger chicken, chicken braised in champagne, and rich cream-of-turkey soupare straightforward and not too difficult. Sometimes, though, the recipes are almost too simple; not one of the roast chicken recipes, for instance, tells you to turn the chicken. Also, shortcuts, which might strike some as culinarily doubtful, include using a can of creamed corn or condensed chicken soup in stuffing mixtures.
