True first British printing with original unclipped jacket (15s). Illustrated by Jules Feiffer. Jacket has faults - namely edge/shelf wear, tears (including a large (approx. 6cms) tear to back, patchy loss, few marks, patchy browning (including to spine), creasing/rubbing to edges, pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine, (quite) severe foxing, pushing/bumping to corners, is a little fragile and is in only fair condition. Boards are very good (having been well protected by the jacket) with a little pushing/bumping to corners, the odd very small mark, odd minor bump/rub to edges and minor pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Previous owner's bookplate to front dedication page. Top of pages slightly dusty. Odd small mark/mild foxing to page edges and tops. Pages bit tanned. Odd small mark/spot of foxing to page bottoms. Occasional small mark/scattered foxing to pages. Bump/scratch to top edge of a few pages. Odd small crease to top corner of a few pages. No other faults. All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted. Seller Inventory # 006900
