First printing. pp 104. Loosely enclosed documentation in the form of mimeographed sheets relating to the debt burdened closure of the Phoenix series and the launch of the Peterloo Poets imprint, comprising (1) the editor's letter to subscribers to the Phoenix Pamphlet Poets in the form of a prospectus for Peterloo Poets and the circumstances surrounding the 'massive debt' incurred by Phoenix (2) £500 poetry book auction prospectus to raise the wherewithal to pay printing bills, listing 100 poetry titles for auction(presumably from Harry's own collection). (3) invitation to participate in a poetry competition to win £90 worth of prizes with the rules devised by Steven Zivadin based on the neo-Surrealist 'Anag-Rhyme' scheme set out in the enclosed 4pp Oxford leaflet dated 12 November 1974. All in original folded condition in fine state.
