The issue is devoted mostly to the work of Charly Franklin, with an biographical essay and reproducing 18 of his photographs. At the rear are exhibition reviews and smaller portfolios of work by Garrett Williams, Max Fallon, and Carol Haskill. Edited by Henry Brimmer and Paul Raedeke. Staple-bound, self-wrappers; 24 newsprint pages; color covers and b&w throughout with spot color; 10.75 x 14.5 inches.
