In later quarter leather with title label and marbled boards. Untrimmed foredge. 338 pages plus 48 pages of statistical relations. 170 engravings in the text and a double spread map of Lancashire. Faint spotting confined to the prelims and the map has foxing as usual, ( this is due to the type of paper used for the map as the other pages are in pristine condition.)
