This giveaway newspaper, apparently from a pizza parlor in Chelsea, MA, appears moderately read with light edgewear and browning paper, due to it being newsprint. An obscure publication trumpeting the arrival of President Jimmy Carter's brother Billy to crown 'Miss Piggy's Pizza', not to be confused with the Muppet of the same name. Piggy's is the pizza joint, and Miss Piggy is the contest winner, who is profiled along with Billy Carter in this unusual 'newspaper' . 24 pages unfolded with a plethora of photos, and contemporary local ads.
