The Octagon Press reprint (ISBN: 0374984360) that went into two printings (1965, 1973) is somewhat available but this original edition is much less common. There appears to have been a 1966 Frank Cass (Routlege/Taylor & Francis) reprint (ISBN: 0714620963), but all the listings for it on ABE with that ISBN are phony.
