This posthumous collection is the only volume of Wilfred Owen's poetry published, containing some of the most poignant war poetry ever written. The introduction by fellow war poet Siegfried Sassoon provides context to Owen's life and work. The collection includes renowned poems such as 'Dulce et Decorum Est' and 'Anthem for Doomed Youth,' which vividly depict the horrors of World War I. Scarce in jacket. A little minor spotting, mostly contained to margins; light mottling to lower cover; jacket with some foxing, chip from head of spine and lower fore-corner of upper panel.
