First Edition with a print run of 2997 cloth copies. Publisher's original red cloth ruled and lettered in black on spine and front cover. Tissue guarded frontispiece and a total of 12 illustrations. The text of this is identical to the original "Report on the Salvation Army Colonies" but with added Introduction and Some Press Opinions. Scott 44a : Whatmore NF8. London: Longmans, Green and Co. (1905), 157 pages. This Good copy has a sunned spine with a small strip of cloth loss at crown, with some other imperfections to cover, very toned end papers with a bookplate on f.f.e.
