Hard Cover. Fine/Near Fine. First Edition. Portland, Oregon. Table top book. Illustrated throughout with color photographs - many full page. 112 large pages (over 9 1/2 x 13 inches). No ownership marks. Book is like new. The inside front flap has a corner crease; otherwise the dust jacket is nice. No tears. Moreover, the pictorial dust jacket is housed in a new Brodart jacket cover.
