Item description from seller

A groundbreaking study of documentary photography in the Great Depression, with plates by the aforementioned and others documenting scenes made famous in such books as THE GRAPES OF WRATH. Book is fine and unmarked save for name stamp of the noted photographer Suchary on bottom foreedge. Jacket has minor edge rubbing and a small corner chip, and is price-clipped, but otherwise whole, clean and bright. Still attractive in its Mylar jacket cover.
