Blue cloth boards have spotting, edgewear, and corner bumps. Gilt lettering on spine is still bright. Front loose endpaper and, most likely, the half-title page have been torn out. Otherwise, text is clean and bright with light age-tanning. The 360 pp. text is followed by Redway's 40 pp. publisher's catalog. A very rare copy of "most ingenious essays extant upon the solemn theme of future life.[where] the author propounds a reasonable theory to account scientifically for many of the more striking phenomena of psychic action." (from the translator's preface by Henry S. Olcott, President of the Theosophical Society, 1887.).

They provide food to over 26,000 individuals each year. We collect books for our annual Book Fair to sell, that allows us to purchase food since the demand is constantly so high.
