Really good practical cookery book, particularly stock making and how to carve meat and fish. Also variations of butter:- paprika, shrimp, tomato etc. Wealth of nutritious, economic recipes. Condition: Boards slightly grubby with age/handling. Wear on spine + corners. End papers cracked down seam making cover binding wobbly, main text tight binding. Clean, little wear, good colour.
