See photos for condition details. Hardcover, first printing. Black cloth boards but still shiny and corners are sharp, text on the spine is as bright as the day it was sold. The only reason this book is not grade as fine is because there is a very slight bump the bottom of the boards and a black stain on the exterior page long edge, which appears to be from when the book was made. There is also some light foxing freckles on the exterior page edges as well. The interior pages are all crisp and binding is very tight as this book was packed away shortly after it was purchased. All pages are unmarked, there is no handwriting, remainder marks, etc. We acquired a large collection of chess books over 40 years ago, most of which were kept packed away until the time of this listing - which is why the condition is so nice.
