Gilt bordered spine title. Very old water-staining on endpapges and darkening/ageing /light staining of text. Still pretty decent. Not musty or rippled or such. Has a large example tissue balnce-sheet fold-out in good shape. A neat early example of American accounting history. Includes in the preface for the third edition which was enlarged and revised - but there is no special note for this 5th edition. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 10" Tall.
