First edition, published in 1938 by George Newnes Ltd. The black boards are slightly faded and show minor signs of wear but otherwise are in a very good condition. The spine has faded and discoloured slightly, with the gilt lettering not perfectly clear. Some browning to very first and last endpapers but all other pages very clear with no foxing at all.
