All books are published in London, except where stated. Customers are invited to contact us if they would like more information about a particular book. We always try to provide full and accurate descriptions of the books we sell, but if an error in description is made, we will refund the full price. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us before returning the book.
Shipping Terms
Overseas shipping costs are based on books weighing 1¼ LB, or 600g. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required, and if it weighs substantially less than average we may reduce the charge.
Our United Kingdom shipping rates cover books weighing up to 1.0 kg. Any books weighing more than this may be subject to an extra charge. All books are carefully packed and all orders paid for before 3pm GMT are shipped the same day. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours.
Books are sent out immediately on receipt of payment, but please note that if payment is made by card then ABEbooks will take the payment, not Aucott & Thomas, and there may be a delay in sending out your order.
Please note that all books are sent using 1st class tracked service within the U.K. or tracked priority airmail to overseas destinations.
