An early printing in 1958 of the First Edition of 1954 with the publisher's code-"B-H". The book is bound in rust red linen with the title and author in gilt on the spine. Book has a light musty smell. Lightly worn corners and spine caps. Edges are dust dulled. The front hinge is cracked at the half title pages, but the sewn binding is firm. Age-tanned areas on the endpapers. Otherwise, pages are lightly age-toned, clean, smooth and unmarked. The dust jacket is in fair condition with soiling and chips and tears on corners and ends of the spine caps. The original price " $5.00" is on the front flap. 404 pages, The author was an Austrian American business consultant who developed the first M.B.A. program. He was also a voice against the rise of Nazism in Germany where his book"The Jewish Question in Germany" was burned and banned by the Nazis. Please see all images.
