pp. 84. 12mo., measuring 4.5" x 6.25". Bound in black cloth over boards, with gilt lettering and ornamentation to front board. Comprising of poetry, homilies, and recollections by the Father. Text in English, Ukrainian, and some Latin. Father Semczuk assisted in the establishment of the first parish organization for Ukrainian Catholics in Canada, namely the Ukrainian Catholic Brothers, having been founded in Saskatoon in 1932. He was also instrumental in the publication of one of the earliest-known periodicals for the Ukrainian Catholic diaspora: 'Byuleten' [Bulletin of the Ukrainian Catholic Brotherhood of Canada], starting in the early 1930's out of Alvena, Saskatchewan. No detectable flaws to the cloth extremities, neat ink inscription to verso of the ffep, else, contents without blemish with bright, clean and unmarked pages and tight, sound binding; near fine. Scarce in commerce. Unrecorded in OCLC. Not in Peel, BAC/LAC, University of Manitoba Archives & Special Collections, et al. Seller Inventory # 4073
