First Edition. Hardcover, no dust jacket. Red cloth cover has a gold foil stamp on spinal loan for graphics, title, and author's name. The spine is worn, and sunned, but the boards are clean and straight. The pages are slightly discolored due to age, but unmarked, and very vibrant. There is a slight surface water stain on the top edge and the covers are slightly loose but very firmly attached still. This book is in very good condition.

For shipping domestic orders (including territories and APO/FPO) we use U.S. Postal Service Media Mail/Book Rate (S&H): $ 5.10 for the 1st book, thereafter $1.50/book (please be aware that Media Mail is the slowest method provided by the USPS and shipments can take up to 4 or 5 weeks (usually however within 7 working days). For International orders: we ship only Priority International.. We will NOT be responsible for any additional customs fees that may be placed on shipments.
