The Princess Bamba Collection : Catalogue, Ministry of Education & Scientific Research, Pakistan, 1961, title and 17 pages, colour and black and white plates, some toning, small sticker to lower margin of title, stapled as issued with minor rust marks, original printed wrappers, rubbed and a little worn, slim 4to (24 x 18.5 cm).The catalogue gives a detailed listing of the collection of 87 items. The collection had been inherited by Princess Bamba, the eldest daughter of Maharajah Duleep Singh which belonged to the founder of the Sikh kingdom Ranjit Singh of Punjab. It was eventually acquired by the Government of Pakistan and housed in Lahore Fort Museum and this catalogue was prepared on the occasion of the display's inauguration. RARE.
