First printing (same date on title and copyright pages with no additional printings listed). 305 pp. including index and 160 illustrations. The rear board is creased. There is a small puncture in the cloth of the spine. The spine lettering has faded away. The binding is cracked at the half title page and rear free endpaper, with mesh holding. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
