Recently rebacked in quarter black japanese paper over original printed marble cloth on thin boards; marbled endsheets & edges; spine label. Some edgewear, corners with small creases; bookplate of Alfred M. Hellman inside front cover, some foxing. Hellman was a doctor & bibliophile, known for his collection of early obstetric books.
