Near Fine, slight crease at fore edge of rear wrapper. 11 pages. SCARCE in current commerce. Laid in a TLS from Asociate Dean of Collection Development, Indiana University Libraries dated Nov. 2, 1981, gifting the book to bookseller Gary Steigerwald.
