8vo 8" - 9" tall; 317 pages; 1st American edition. Soundly bound and unmarked copy in original wraparound color pictorial dust jacket with $2 issue price intact to unclipped front flap. Some light to moderate damp mottling to the blue cloth along the front board edges, mild toning or foxing to cloth at spine. Front endpages with some foxing and moderate soiling; very short closed tear top edge of the title page. Dust jacket is uniformly bright with some light shelf rub to edges, toning/soiling to rear flap fold and a tiny snag to the front flap fold. Mild vertical stress crease to front flap and a few very short closed tears at edges. Some foxing to the inside surface along the spine. Still a remarkable bright and attractive original dust jacket; quite uncommon thus. G++/VG. Seller Inventory # 31592
