VG+/VG condition. Likely a first edition because it lists only to the 1933 Hal Keen title. This series lasted only through its 3-volume breeder set and is thus rather difficult to find. This book is clean and square with only very mild bumping of the head and heel of the spine. The interior is spotless--no writing, stains, page damage, with strong hinges and very flexible paper. The jacket is complete and has only minor blemishes: a mildly faded spine and small chips at the top front corner and at the head and heel of the spine. Overall, a very attractive book and jacket.
