12mo. 165 pages. Hardcover bound in blue cloth with lettering in black. Light to moderate rubbing and wear to the binding. A sound copy with secure inner hinges. Text is clean. A printed slip is pastedown onto the front flyleaf stating "Compliments of. " and then giving a host of business persons (presidents and CEO's of 7 companies). SIGNED on the front flyleaf by "Senator Carter Glass." Carter Glass (1858-1946) was born in Lynchburg, Virginia and was a U.S. Senator from Virginia 1920-1946. He was also the Secretary of the Treasury under Woodrow Wilson from 1918 to 1920, and helped establish the Federal Reserve. Carter Glass was a Democrat and John Rustgard was a Republican.

Pages Past is a small used and antiquarian bookshop holding 10,000-15,000 volumes. We are located a few blocks from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Most of our books are hardback, although we have a few bookcases of paperbacks with recent fiction and classic literature represented. We also have a fairly good collection of Eastern Philosophy & Religion (Buddhism, Taoism, Hinduism) as well as New Age. Most of these are recent paperbacks in nice condition. We have a good collection of antiquarian books in the fields of Americana, old leather bound books, and early religious and scholarly books. Shop hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. We're closed on Sundays. We are always interested in buying quality books in very good condition.…
