A 1st thus of a late 1940s Bantam Books PB edition of one of Carr's Dr Gideon Fell locked room mysteries from the late 1930s. Bantam 304. "Murder does the impossible . and Scotland Yard calls in Gideon Fell to fit the puzzle pieces together in his own weird way." Moderate edge wear with the laminate starting to peel. Reading crease. Small closed tear at the top right spine hinge. Light browning to the pages. The internals are clean and tight. A good copy.
