Spine moderately turned, 3 of 4 corners bumped, edges not worn.Very clean. unusual pictorial bookplate of two surgeons at work inside front cover. A very few pencil underlinings in text. DUSTJACKET is edge chipped with minor to moderate tears. all pieces present. Soiled on front cover, likely coffee stain. Original price: "price $3.00" on front flap.
