Dark green cloth boards, lettered in gilt on front. Boards rubbed and with a few small spots; corners bumped and worn. Endpapers toned and spotted; ownership inscription and childlike drawing to front pastedown. Scattered spotting to pages throughout. Gutter starting to crack near middle of book but text block remains firmly bound. A scarce Edwardian book on social reform.
