About the Author

Robert F. He is a licensed psychologist and holds an appointment as faculty associate in the Department of Psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He has more than 30 years of experience coaching executives of Fortune 500 companies and teaching coaching methodology to both leaders and practitioners.
