Item description from seller

Prestigious luncheon with menu (only chicken?) for MacDonald, Prime Minister of Great Britain at the Hotel Astor (oddly famous place for German tourists to New York) with full list of attendees. So large a turnout there were two sets of tickets for the grand ballroom (blue and white), with seating arrangements and society names shown and diagram of speaker's table. Davis was former US ambassador to GB, 16mo booklet of 28pps, last page shows darkish residue of glue. This is how they did it in the grand old days of formal public political meals.
