Volume 91 of the collection of Punch Magazine for the months of July through December of 1881, includes the Punch Almanack for 1887 (published in December 1886). Half bound in fine brown calf over red boards, spine in six compartments separated by raised bands, gilt lettering in one compartment, gilt tooling in remainder, blind-stamped borders on covers, green endpapers. Profusely illustrated with engraved drawings, many full-page. "Punch, or the London Charivari was a British weekly magazine of humour & satire established in 1841 by Henry Mayhew & engraver Ebenezer Landells. It became a British institution." . Binding is tight and square, edges lightly shelf-worn, hinges strong, corners bumped. Text block unmarked, clean, and tight. VERY GOOD. . Punch, or the London Charivari Series. Vol. 91.
