About this Item

New York, Vanguard Press, 1944 [1st edition]. The book is in VG condition with no names, stickers, stamps or annotations; the cloth is clean and bright, the corners are square. The title page and the facing page have unevenly tanned, presumably resulting from the long term storage of a pamphlet or clipping between the leaves. The dust wrapper has edge wear ad a chip on the back, and is now protected in a mylar sleeve. Overall a nice copy of the first edition of a significant and sought after book. Please note the p&p price reflects the fact that the volume is 4 cm thick and has a packaged weight of approx. 1.2 kg.
