**Bundle Up & Save On Postage** 7.5 X 9.75" 176 pages (2008) A very nice ex-Library copy. Soft cover has French flaps, Library stickers top front corner and bottom of spine edge; printed on glossy paper, very clean and well bound, appears unread. Illustrated by colour photographs. Putting Up is a wonderful guide for experienced canners and those just getting started. It is full of anecdotes, stories, and vignettes of the long gone agrarian South as well as pertinent, up-to-date information for canning today. As well, there is a collection of delicious recipes including many from the author's successful canning business, Rockland Plantation Products.

About the Author
Steve Dowdney is the author of Putting Up: A Year-Round guide to Canning in the Southern Tradition. He owned and operated the premier South Carolina small batch cannery, Rockland Plantation Product. He lives in Charleston, South Carolina.
Cypress is beautifully illustrated through the rich photography of Rick McKee. Rick also collaborated on Magnolias (Gibbs Smith, Publisher, 2006). A frequent contributor to national magazines, Rick works out of his studio in historic Charleston, South Carolina.

CANADA - Order more than one book at a time from our collection you will save money on shipping costs. * The Canada Post Flat Rate shipping boxes hold up to 11 lbs or 5 Kgs. * It costs the same to ship two (or more) books as it does a single item, so Bundle Up Tracking number and Insurance up to C$100.00 are included. *Books under 500g (1lb) wrapped weight and measuring under 1" thick in wrapper, may be shipped by less expensive Letter Mail. Please inquire.
USA - Postage to the USA is calculated on a packaged weight of 1Kg. or under and includes Canada Post tracking and insurance against loss or damage. Delivery time is approximately 15 days depending largely upon Customs clearing times. * Based on the total packaged weight up to 1Kg. (2.2 lbs) a second book can be shipped free of charge or at a reduced rate.
