David in the original publisher's cloth binding and unclipped dust wrapper.A very smart review copy with the review copy inserted.Illustrated with thirty two monochrome photographs on plates between pages 174 and 175 and various figures and maps throughout the text. Collated, complete. In the original publisher's cloth binding and unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, very smart. There is some slight wear to the extremities of the dust wrapper, including some small creases. To the binding, there is some slight bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities.
