Fine hardback, with no markings inside or out - no highlighting or underlining. From the Preface: "Collects articles selected from lectures held at the NATO Advanced Study Institute at Bad Lauterburg (Germany) in August 1995. Internationally known researchers in the field of mesoscopic quantum physics provide insight into the fundamental physics underlying the mesoscopic transport phenomena in structured semiconductor inversion layers. Emphasis is on interaction and correlation phenomena that turn out to be of increasing importance for the understanding of the phenomena in the quantum Hall regime, and in the transport through quantum dots." 385 pages, with separate author and subject indexes; each chapter includes references section.
