First edition as stated, first printing with full number line ending in '2' as was Random House's method at the time to designate a first edition. Hardcover in dust jacket. Book is ex-library with a few library stamps and evidence of removal of a previous pocket or sticker at rear free endpage with abrasions and loss. The bright unclipped dust jacket shows the original price of 13.95, there are no chips nor tears and no library markings to jacket, just a bit of scratching to spine and very light soiling.
