Signed hardcover first edition in brick boards with dark red spine has bumped bottom front corner, slightly discolored area to bottom half-inch of spine and either side (probably liquid), light foxing to top text-block, tight, bright, and unmarked. Cllipped jacket in new mylar cover has minor wear to corners and spine top. Inscribed legibly and aslant on page opposite half-title page, 'For Maury, with admiration and affection, Rollo'. Maury is Maurice Friedman, Buber scholar and psychologist. So a significant association copy of May's capstone book, not ex-library.
