Originally published privately in 1993 as a doctoral thesis. From the library of renowned Egyptologist Prof. Dr. Heerma van Voss (1923-2015) with his charming bookplate inside cover of each volume. An article by Egberts "A Note On Pap. Lansing 13b, 4" (GM, 67, 1983) is loosely inserted. 002-6.
