Story of a young boy who runs away from Mexico in 1532 to take part in the Spanish conquest of Guatemala. Very Good/Very Good Condition. Dust jacket has light wear on the edges, back side has some peeling of the paper (see picture). It is now in a protective Brodart Cover. Bright yellow cloth boards with some light soiling on the bottom edge. No marks on the text block. No marks of previous ownership or inscription. Lots of illustrations and a map drawn by W. T. Mars. First edition, first printing. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 255 pages.
