First edition. In a hardcover with silver titles to black cloth spine, patterned blue boards. With an unclipped white dust jacket with black and blue titles to spine and red and black titles and a colour illustration to front. Unpaginated, pages of black and white cartoons. The book is in very good condition. There is minor shelf-wear and sunning to the extremities of the cover. There is a small area of damp damage to the tail of the spine which has affected the pages of the book. There is minor marking to the end papers. There is a mark to the bottom margin of three pages, otherwise they are clean and unmarked. The dust jacket is poor with heavy shelf-wear to the extremities including numerous chips, creases and tears (up to 1.3"). Up to 4" of the tail of the spine and adjacent jacket has been affected by damp. There is extensive light marking.
