Returns require pre-authorization from us, and are permitted only if the book is not as described or we accidentally send the wrong book from that listed. Return postage is refunded only if book is returned insured. Books containing CDs or DVDs, whether opened or not opened, may not be returned. We do not offer Dealer discounts and cannot drop-ship.

All Books are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap before being sealed in waterproof bubble mailers.
