Stout paper stock. Bound in the Publisher's red cloth decorated in black to the upper cover and black title to spine.Within an unclipped and near perfect photo. dust-wrapper now protected. Coloured frontis from a Painting by Stanhope Forbes and 30 plus black and white photos within the text. Undated but we believe this to be a first edition. A gift inscription (not by the Author) to the front free end-paper dated 1939. A very smart copy of an UNCOMMON book.
